Join us in honoring our veterans on Nov. 13 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. in the Student Center. Veterans Day reminds us of the profound sacrifices made by our servicemen and women.
Veterans Day, originally known as Armistice Day, marks the end of World War I, which officially ended on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918.
Their unwavering patriotism, deep love for our country, and readiness to serve and sacrifice have shaped the freedoms we cherish today. Let’s honor and thank them for their dedication by leaving your message on a banner at the celebration. After the celebration, the banner will be hung in the Veterans Lounge.
